13 Example of Corruption in Indonesia

What is the most phenomenal thing in Indonesia to this day? The answer is of course about corruption. Almost a routine we see the suspects of embezzlement and money launderers caught by the KPK.

Suspects of corruption are dominated by state officials, ranging from Ministers, Board Members, Governors, Regents, Mayors, Heads of Service, private developers and others. In fact, many reports say that almost half of the mayors in all of Indonesia are suspected of corruption. Many example of corruption in Indonesia.

Amazing. The Indonesian nation is rich in resources, broadly geographically, large by government. But it is also the practice of corruption. 11. Suryadharma Ali

Suryadharma Ali is a former Minister of Religion. He has become a suspect in the case of corruption of pilgrim funds.

Obviously very in pity of a ministry of religious officials and is considered capable of holding a minister of religion and chairman of the party based on Islam PPP should know with his mistakes. Because of his actions, Ali was sentenced for 6 years.

12. OC Kaligis

OC Kaligis is a prominent lawyer who became a suspect in a bribe to a judge and a court clerk of the Medan State Administrative Court.

The irony is, he keep laughing to the whole media. He laughed to the public even though he is clearly proven guilty. Even when he was hit by this case, he was almost in the back of more than 90 well-known lawyers to free him from state lawsuits.

13. Corruption in Police : Djoko Susilo

Police have been found guilty of corruption. Djoko Susilo cost Rp 121 billion in state financing from a motor vehicle simulator procurement project for the driver’s license at the Police Corps in 2011. He was sentenced to 10 years in prison on the case. Ironically, a police officer is corrupt.
