Anggun C Sasmi was born in Jakarta, 29 April 1974. She likes singing so much since she was in elementary school. At age seven, she performed for the first time, after that her career rises highly years by years. Her popular debut is the song called Mimpi in 1989, which was listed as one of the 150 greatest Indonesian songs by Rolling Stone magazine.
Anggun left Indonesia in about 1994 to pursue her career to become an international and professional singer. Her first international album in 1997, call as Snow on the Sahara was released in more than 30 countries. That makes Anggun known well in worldwide.
Anggun achieves so many awards, such as gold and platinum awards from several European countries. That makes her become the first Indonesian women that immortalized in wax by Madame Tussauds in Singapore.
Agnez Mo starts her career in about 1992 as a children singer. She was born in Jakarta, 1 Juli 1986, and becomes a singer, dancer, composer, and model. She becomes the most influential women in Indonesia for her life style and achievements. In about 2003, she released her first album calls as And Story Goes.
Year after years, Agnez Mo becomes so popular in Indonesia so that she goes her first international debut with Keith Martin in 2005 in the album calls as Whaddup A’…?. She made another album in 2009 calls as Sacredly Agnezious, Agnez Mo in 2013, and the X (album) in 2017. She even becomes one of the richest women in Indonesia from her debut album selling.
In 2014, Agnes collabs with Timbaland in her Coke Bottle song, and the song becomes so popular worldwide. In 2018, again she do the collab with Chris Brown in her Overdose song. Most of her songs achieve so many awards such as the Indonesia MTV awards, Indonesia Music Awards, Planet Music Indonesia Awards, and many more.
Rossa was born in Sumedang, West Java, on 9 October 1978 and start her career in 1996 when she released her first album. The song that calls Nada-Nada Cinta and Sebening Embun di Hatiku become the most two popular songs at that time. After that, the album Tegar in 1999 also so becomes so famous in most of the Indonesian regency.
In the year of 2001, Rossa achieves her AMI Awards as the single female pop singer category. She then released her second album calls as Hati Yang Terpilih and becomes so popular in Indonesia. One year later she achieves her second AMI Awards in Malaysia for her following album call as Kini.
Rossa achieves so many awards years after years and still exist until now. In about 2017, she released her first English version of songs in Los Angeles. Tiga Diva is a group of Indonesian female singers that so popular in Indonesia. They are consist of Krisdayanti, Titi DJ, and Ruth Shahanaya. Each of them becomes so popular before joint becomes the Diva Group and achieves so many awards not only in Indonesia but also in ASEAN countries. They also contribute to some Indonesian women’s right activity in Indonesia.
Andien was born in Jakarta, 25 August 1985 and start her career as a female Indonesian Jazz singer in about the year 2000. At the age of 14, she achieved her first award in Indonesia and Shanghai for the Jazz category. She then released her first album at that year under Elfa Seciori management.
Year after year, Andien bring so many awards such as the AMI awards, Planet Music Award in Singapore, and many more. She also does the collab with so many international jazz musicians such as Bob James, Jammin Zeb, Frank Griffith, Buby Chen, and many more.
Dira Sugandhi becomes so popular with her jazz talent. She was born in Bandung, 29 July 1979, and starts her career in the year of 200. She sings amazingly and has done the collab with Jason Mraz, David Foster, Andrea Bocelli, and many more as her international debut career. She achieves so many awards not only in Indonesia but also worldwide.
Lea Simanjuntak is an Indonesian female singer that was born in Singapore, 7 Juli 1979. She becomes so popular with her Seriosa talent and perfects to sing in some orchestras. She starts her career since she was at age five and released so many songs since then.
Gita Gutawa is one of the most well know Indonesian female singers in the pop category. Not only capable to sing some pop songs, but she also amazing in some orchestra songs as her iconic talent.
