1. Bakso Sapi

Bakso Sapi becomes one of the most popular types of Indonesian Bakso. It is made of meat and commonly Indonesian shape them in round shape. Indonesian usually makes it to add in some soup for their home cooking.

Bakso Sapi can be easily found in the most Indonesian region. Most Bakso sellers are using meat for their Bakso. From a five-star restaurant up to the street food type, this kind of Bakso is always to be the favorite delicious main course in Indonesia.

It doesn’t hard to find meat in the market, so it makes it easier to make. You only need some amount of meat and flour as well. Mix them properly in the right comparison so that you will get the perfect texture of it.

2. Bakso Ayam

Bakso Ayam is another option for those who avoid eating meat because it is made from chicken. Some Indonesian commonly choosing chicken because it has a lower price than meat.

Bakso Ikan has the softest texture, which makes it more delicious to eat. It also contains more proteins and minerals from the fish, makes it more nutritious to consume daily.

Commonly, Bakso Ikan sells separately in some typical frozen food. That makes you should cook them by yourself at home. That because there are not many Bakso Ikan sellers in Indonesia.

4. Bakso Rusuk

If you like the cow’s rib, then consuming Bakso Rusuk can be your alternative way to consume it. Commonly cow’s rib has higher calcium, so it is perfect to consume regularly. The bone of the ribs has a crunchiness level that perfect to mix with Bakso.

You can find easily some Bakso Rusuk sellers in Indonesia. In most Indonesian street food, there at least one seller of it. The taste of it has a delicious broth and chewy texture of Bakso. You may need more than one bowl to enjoy it.

5. Bakso Malang

If you visiting Bandung, people may recommend you to try their popular street food in Bandung to enjoy Bakso Cuanki. It has a combination of meatballs, tofu, Siomay, and Batagor.

Bakso Cuanki becomes one of the most popular street food types of Indonesian Bakso. Not only in Bandung, but also in other Indonesian regions as well. The spicy level on it makes it loved by so many spicy hunters.

Bakso Cuanki used to sells by roving cart sellers, but as time goes by some of them not using the cart anymore. That makes it easier to find them nowadays even in the popular malls in Indonesia.

7. Bakso Aci

Speaking of Garut culinary for tourism visits, Bakso Aci can be one of the alternative ways to consuming Bakso there. It contains meatballs, Cuanki, Sukro, tofu, Batagor, and Bakso Aci, as one of the types of Indonesian traditional snacks.

Bakso Aci is made of wheat flour and sago flour which mix perfectly with the broth. It has a bouncy texture that more chewy to bite. Some people adding lime to the broth to make it the best sensation while consuming it on a hot day.

8. Bakso Bakar

Enjoying street food in the afternoon can’t be complete before trying the Bakso Bakar. It becomes one of the types of Indonesian Bakso that popular for students. The Bakso is roasted properly with some specific sauce that makes mouthwatering.

Bakso Bakar commonly consumes using barbeque sauce, peanut sauce, or only soya bean sauce. The smell of it, when roasted, can make your stomach cried for them.
