1. Pukis Kotabaru

Pecel is a combination of spinach, cabbage, and some boiled vegetables. It mixes with a peanut sauce. You can mix them with an egg, chicken, Tempe, or Tahu. It is a traditional food that exists in the street food from time to time in Beringharjo market.
