1. Sinabung

2. Kerinci

3. Anak Krakatau

6. Ibu Volcano

8. Soputan

Soputan becomes the most active volcanoes in Manado, the north of Sulawesi. It has about 1,809 m of high above deep water of the sea with beautiful scenery from the top of the mount. In October 2019, this amount becomes the most active volcanoes in Indonesia as the government risen the safe level into level II.

In April 2020, the Soputan shown vulcanic activity with more than ten times fall earthquake and about 46 harmonic earthquakes frequently. The government also restricted the area with a radius of about 1.5 km to clear from people. Some people that live near the mount was moving to the safest place around the Manado city.

9. Bromo

Bromo becomes the most beautiful volcano in Malang, East Java that has the best mountain views in Indonesia. Every year there always a sacred ritual from Hinduism there. Even though people are known as it is the active volcanoes, they insist to do the ritual with the volcanic activity that frequently happens behind.

In April 2020, there was a tremor earthquake that happens periodically within 0.5 – 1 mm of the amplitude. That makes the government finally closed the area for tourism visits and some ritual activity for instance periods.
