Tourism is one sector that can support the economy of a region. Even some areas managed to make it as a mainstay sector to improve people’s welfare. Therefore, in Indonesia there is emerged the concept of ecotourism. Ecotourism concept is different from conventional tourism concept. This ecotourism concept offers protection for easily contaminated tourism objects. The concept of ecotourism has considered two aspects: the market and the aspect of the goal. The market aspect is to improve the people’s economy while the goal aspect is to preserve the tourist attraction and the surrounding environment. This aspect of objectives is most preferred in the concept of ecotourism. Here are some places as the examples of ecotourism in Indonesia.
